H?Katsukawa from Tokyo Autumn / Winter 2011 Collection

So my dream husband (i.e. Will Smith, Common, that actor who plays Malcom on 'Single Ladies', etc...) would, like me, love this designer H?Katsukawa. The young Japanese designer puts his own eclectic spin on classic styles like the Oxford has resulted in some unconventional and BAD ASS shoes.  Personally I'm more fond of his Spring / Summer 2011 Collection but his Autumn / Winter line is right up there in my book as well.  He has a few pairs of women's shoes as well (pics below).

Kandee 'Peanut Crunch' & More

Ok so I'm about to sound like a crazed 13 year old Justin Bieber fan...but that's how I've felt while eagerly awaiting the full launch of the new Kandee Shoes website (which happened today).  There are many shoes that the talented UK designer Josh Wayman has teased his Twitter followers and Facebook fans with for the past couple of weeks; but here are my favorites so far.  Oh yeah did I mention I'll be attending the NYC launch next week...ubber excited and I'll be sure to take / share pictures with you all!

Sani Auri Spring / Summer 2012 Pre-View at Zula's

Last week Saturday I had the pleasure of attending and Shoe Stalking at the S/S 2012 Sani Auri line by up and coming Connecticut designer Carmen Veal at the trendy Zula's Restaurant.  The fun and flirty Sani Auri Ready-to-Wear line was just what I expected.  The line is perfect for the young professional woman that likes to attend a Happy Hour or 2 during the week.

Though I was there to mostly check out the shoes the pieces I was able to catch were filled with classy sleek cuts and exuberant patterns.  To make sure the pieces and accessories flowed together nicely the inFAMOUS celebrity stylist Ricky 'Trendy' Da'Vista was in attendance to put his signature stamp on the models.  Below are some pics that I managed to catch in between my hob knobbing *note to self focus more on actually taking pics*.
